II. Personal data

§ 1

1. Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary, but necessary to use the services we offer. Without providing the personal data required by the Administrator, it will not be possible to provide these services.
2. All personal data that we obtain from the Client are processed in a manner consistent with the requirements specified in Polish law, and above all, the Act of August 29, 1997. on the protection of personal data (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1182, as amended) and the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1422) ).
3. However, from May 25, 2018, personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR".

§ 2

1. The Personal Data Administrator may entrust the processing of Users' collected personal data to another entity on the basis of a personal data processing agreement concluded with that entity.
2. We share data only with state authorities or other authorized entities pursuant to legal provisions in order to fulfill our obligations.

§ 3

1. The user has the right to access their personal data and may verify or correct them, as well as delete them, by submitting an appropriate request to the Administrator.
2. From May 25, 2018, the User will also have the right to limit the processing and the right to transfer personal data. If personal data are processed contrary to legal requirements, the User will have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
3. From May 25, 2018, the User will also have the right to object to the processing of personal data, including objection to processing for direct marketing purposes.

§ 4

1. The Administrator processes Users' personal data to the extent necessary to conclude, perform and terminate the legal relationship, the subject of which is the provision of the services offered. Users' personal data provided in correspondence with the Administrator are used to respond to the User.
2. The administrator processes personal data for marketing purposes of its own products and services using Gogle Tag manager and Adwords remarketing marketing tools.
3. The legal basis for the processing of personal data will be, from May 25, 2018, Art. 6 section 1 letter b and art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR.

§ 5

Personal data will be processed for the time needed to provide services to the User by the Administrator, and after the completion of their provision for the time needed to demonstrate the correctness of the performance of the Administrator's obligations to the User. This period corresponds to the length of the limitation period for claims.

III. Cookie mechanism

§ 6

1. The Administrator uses cookies, i.e. small text information stored on the User's end device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone). Cookies can be read by the Administrator's IT system.
2. The Administrator stores cookies on the User's end device and then gains access to the information contained therein for the following purposes:
• proper operation of the website www.wiol.com.pl, www.gortych.pl, www.zamowksiegowosc.pl,
• statistical,
• analytical.

1. The Administrator also informs Users that such a browser configuration is possible website, which prevents cookies from being saved and stored on the User's end device.
2. The Administrator also indicates that cookies may be deleted by the User after they are saved by the Administrator, through appropriate browser functions, programs used for this purpose or by using appropriate tools available within the operating system.

§ 8

The Administrator informs Users that changing the configuration of the web browser that prevents or limits the storage of cookies may result in limitations in the functionality of the services provided. Deleting cookies during the provision of the service may lead to similar effects.

IV. Data contained in system logs

§ 9

The information contained in system logs in connection with the general rules for making connections on the Internet is used by the hosting company operating the websites WIOL.com.pl, www.gortych.pl, www.zamowksiegowosc.pl only for technical and statistical purposes. .

V. Technical measures used by the Administrator

§ 10

The Administrator applies technical measures required by current provisions on the protection of personal data to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent electronically.

The administrator uses secure SSL connection encryption.

VI. Other

Due to the nature of the services provided by the Administrator, the User cannot use the services anonymously or using a pseudonym.
